Qualifications

• At least 2 years of driving experience with a 26 ft truck.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• DOT physical fitness exam required every 2 years.
• Moving experience required.
• Knowledge of federal and multi-state DOT laws and driver regulations.
• Strong customer service experience required.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Basic English verbal and written communication skills required.
• Flexible, self-directed team player able to work 40+ hours with overtime/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and interact with clients professionally.
• Ensure motor vehicle safety during driving, backing, parking, and transport activities.
• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain required documentation.
• Report accidents, incidents, and safety matters per policy.
• Verify loads, secure cargo, and ensure safe transport.
• Comply with DOT regulations and maintain work-hour logs.
• Coordinate with dispatch, plan routes, meet delivery schedules.
• Perform daily truck maintenance and report mechanical issues.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
• Lead and motivate moving teams and maintain safety and professionalism.
