Job summary

Coleman Worldwide Moving is looking for non-CDL drivers to load, transport, and unload household goods in Hawaii. The role involves leading crews, interacting with customers daily, and adhering to a zero-tolerance drug policy.

Compensation ranges from $20 to $26 per hour with opportunities for growth and incentives. Ideal candidates have a clean driving record and are willing to travel locally and interstate as needed.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel locally and potentially Interstate
• Ability to operate a box truck safely and efficiently
• Strong communication skills and reliability
• Ability to meet deadlines and be on time
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance

Responsibilities

• Transport goods using a Coleman truck
• Lead the crew in loading shipments on/off the truck
• Inspect shipments for proper packing or wrapping
• Maintain accurate inventory and driver logs
• Assist with loading trucks/containers for forward movement
