Responsibilities

• Leads and supervises a team of movers during all stages of the moving process.
• Plans and coordinates assignments; allocates tasks by team strengths.
• Interacts with customers professionally and resolves concerns.
• Enforces safety guidelines and conducts regular safety meetings.
• Oversees equipment maintenance and coordinates repairs.
• Manages inventory of packing supplies and equipment usage.
• Addresses issues with the operations team and provides solutions.
• Boosts team morale and handles unsatisfactory behavior promptly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
