Job summary

Coleman Worldwide Moving is seeking individuals for immediate non-CDL driving positions in Norfolk, VA. You will transport and lead a crew, loading/unloading shipments, inspecting loads, and ensuring accurate inventory while maintaining DOT compliance.

Expect a base pay of $16 per hour with opportunities to earn incentives beyond the hourly rate, and room for growth within the company through promotions and performance. This on-site role involves local to interstate travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Real ID, Complaint ID, or DL (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Transport goods using a company truck.
• Lead the crew in loading and/or unloading shipments.
• Inspect shipments prior to loading for proper packing or wrapping.
• Perform accurate inventory of shipments.
• Assist as needed in loading trucks and/or containers for forward movement via interstate commerce.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections on truck and moving equipment.
• Maintain required documentation and paperwork for shipments, expenses, driver logs, and DOT regulations.
• Lift and carry household goods between residence and vehicle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
