What’s In It For You

• DURING TRAINING - $24.00 to $26.50/hr: A typical trainee earns between $24.00 and $26.50 an hour ($18 base + bonuses and tips).
• AFTER TRAINING - $26.50 to $31.25/hr: Lead movers typically make between $26.50 and $31.25 an hour ($19.50 base + bonuses and tips).
• On Call Pay - Additional $5/hr for last-minute calls.
• W2 employment with benefits: Worker’s Comp, affordable health, dental, and vision insurance.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 125 lbs overhead, 200 lbs alone, 500 lbs with team).
• Availability to work at least 3 days a week, including one weekend day.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience; no CDL required.
• Customer service skills, initiative, communication, team orientation, eagerness to learn.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and physical.
