All My Sons Moving & Storage in Ohio is hiring reliable movers to join a large residential moving team. Earn $20-$30+ per hour with tips and bonuses, plus weekly pay and advancement opportunities. No prior moving experience required, but a valid license and ability to lift heavy items are essential.

We offer a driver-friendly role with modern equipment and tablet-based job management. Open positions include full- and part-time schedules, and performance bonuses may apply for top performers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience required.
• Clean motor vehicle record for the last 3 years (No major violations)
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day; team lifting and moving equipment are used when appropriate
• Ability to climb stairs
• Must pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate new 26-ft automatic box trucks as needed.
• Safely move furniture and household goods — moving is the core responsibility of this role.
• Provide a high-quality customer experience on every job.
• Work closely with a professional moving team in residential environments.
• Use company tablets for electronic paperwork and job management

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old

Pay & Earnings

• Earn $20-$30+/hour after tips and bonuses (based on experience)
• Daily tips can average $20-$150+
