All My Sons Moving & Storage in Gainesville, FL is hiring drivers and movers to operate 26-ft box trucks, safely move household goods, and deliver a high-quality customer experience on every job.

Open roles include full-time and part-time shifts; earn between $20–$30+ per hour after tips and bonuses, with weekly pay and performance incentives. No experience required beyond a strong work ethic; training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly.
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record for last 3 years and pass background/drug screen.
• Able to climb stairs and work with moving equipment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving experience required.
• Clean motor vehicle record for the last 3 years (No major violations)
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day; team lifting and moving equipment are used when appropriate
• Ability to climb stairs
• Must pass a background check and drug screen

Pay & Earnings

• Earn $20–$30+/hour after tips and bonuses (based on experience)
• Daily tips can average $20–$150+
• Monthly performance bonuses for top performers
• Excellent earning potential for motivated team members

What You’ll Do

• Drive and operate new 26-ft automatic box trucks as needed
• Safely move furniture and household goods — moving is the core responsibility of this role

Moving, warehouse, delivery, box-truck, general labor, construction, military, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
