Job summary

Einstein Moving Company is hiring for a mover position in the Frisco/McKinney area. You will be paid from clock-in to clock-out with a guaranteed base hourly rate during training and a higher rate once promoted to Lead.

Expect $5–$8 hourly in tips, plus performance bonuses, overtime, and last-minute call pay. Benefits include W2 status with full employee benefits, health insurance, disability, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and move heavy objects (up to 125 lbs overhead, 200 lbs solo, 500 lbs with teammates).
• At least 21 years old for insurance eligibility.
• Two years of personal driving experience with a clean record.
• Must pass criminal background check, physical, and drug screen.
• Excellent customer service and motivation to help customers.

Responsibilities

• Show up with your crew, grab a truck, and head to the job.
• Load and unload per job requirements, adapt to varying environments.
• Interact with customers, solve problems on the fly, and stay safe while working outside.
