Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring Mountain Activities Attendants for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 at Boston Mills and Brandywine Ski Area. Starting wage is $20.00/hr. Roles involve guiding guests through Mountain Coasters, Snow Tubing, Lift Operations, and more, with a focus on safety and exceptional guest service.

Position requires outdoor work in all weather, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and reliable transportation. Applications accepted on a rolling basis through December 15th or until filled.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Capable of twisting, turning, pulling, pushing, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Friendly, able to converse clearly with guests of varying backgrounds.
• Background check required.
• Reliable transportation to and from work in varying weather conditions.
