Job summary

Fame House LLC, a division of UMG, seeks a Lead Motion Designer to define and lead motion design across campaigns, ecommerce experiences, and digital products. You will partner with Creative Directors, Designers, and production teams to elevate artist brands and craft compelling motion-led experiences.

You bring 5–8 years of motion design experience with a strong portfolio, mastery of After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, and the Adobe suite, and a passion for music and innovation.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in motion design or related disciplines.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating motion‑led storytelling and creative problem‑solving.
• Advanced proficiency across After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, design systems, and user experience.
• Experience working across campaigns, ecommerce, content production, digital products, or entertainment environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead motion design execution across campaigns, ecommerce, content initiatives, and digital products.
• Define motion design principles, animation standards, and creative approaches across the organization.
• Create high‑quality motion graphics, animations, and visual content for artist campaigns and product launches.
• Collaborate with Designers, Content Producers, Developers, Editors, and Creative Directors.
• Translate static concepts into engaging motion experiences and explore innovative storytelling.
