About the Role

Retail Marketing’s Creative Production Group seeks an exceptional Lead Motion Artist for the Post Production team. This team includes motion artists, editors, audio engineers, colorists, and post producers delivering high-quality content globally for Retail Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creatives, art directors, designers, editors, audio engineers, colorists, directors, and producers to bring stories and concepts to life.
• Design, illustrate, and animate storyboards, static compositions, and motion graphics, including 2D and 3D visuals and visual effects.
• Lead the development of production pipelines for 2D and 3D projects with the Executive Producer of Post Production.
• Act as discipline lead on pipeline builds and technical problem-solving to enhance capabilities, including exploring new technologies like AI.

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a post-production studio, ad agency, or in-house studio environment.
• Proficiency with post-production software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Pro Tools, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Cinema 4D, Nuke, Flame, Maya, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with C4D, Maya, Nuke, and Flame is a plus.
• Strong graphic design skills and storytelling through motion.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work independently and on schedule.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with problem-solving under pressure.

Pay & Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $137,100 to $206,700, depending on skills and experience. Apple offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, retirement plans, stock options, discounts, educational reimbursement, and potential bonuses or relocation assistance.
