Job summary

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Lead Processor to join our Retail team. You will process mortgage loan applications, verify data, order required verifications, and guide files from submission to underwriting and closing.

This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate with borrowers and originators. Two or more years of active loan processing experience are required; management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of active loan processing experience.
• Prior management skills recommended, but not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required to qualify.

Responsibilities

• Verifies and inputs loan application information and maintains accurate records.
• Reviews residential loan files to ensure completeness and adherence to standards.
• Orders verifications, appraisals, title work, and related documents as needed.
• Communicates with borrowers and originators to resolve missing or delayed items.
• Submits loan packages for underwriting, approvals, and closing as required.
