Qualifications

• Mopar certification preferred or eligible.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
• Ability to work in a high-volume service environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles, handling complex mechanical and electrical concerns.
• Perform engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and drivability repairs.
• Complete recalls, warranty repairs, and manufacturer-specific services.
• Accurately document repair orders and diagnostic findings.
• Use manufacturer diagnostic tools and service information.
• Follow Mopar repair standards and dealership procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians.
