Guidepost Montessori is seeking a Lead Toddler Guide to lead a Montessori toddler classroom designed for exploration and independence. You will observe, guide, and support children ages 0-3, helping them develop language, coordination, self-regulation, and confidence.

You will foster warm relationships with children and families, communicate progress with parents, and lead classroom routines in a collaborative, joyful environment.

Responsibilities
