Guidepost Montessori in Leavenworth, KS seeks a Lead Children’s House Guide to lead a mixed-age preschool classroom in a Montessori environment that nurtures concentration, independence, and joyful learning.

You will observe, plan individualized lessons for ages 3–6, foster strong relationships with children and families, and collaborate with parents to support each child’s growth. The role emphasizes warmth, professionalism, and purposeful instruction.

Formación

• Montessori diploma for ages 3–6 or sponsorship for certification.
• Experience with children aged 3–6 in group settings.
• Alignment with Montessori or Reggio Emilia child-led approaches.
• ECE or Child Development credits required.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Responsabilidades

• Observe each child to support physical, intellectual, and emotional development.
• Prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly classroom fostering concentration and independence.
