Qualifications

• Must meet DHS qualifications for a Lead Educator in a licensed child care center.
• Demonstrated experience in early childhood education settings.
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
• Ability to meet physical demands and work as part of a team.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based lessons aligned with early learning standards.
• Observe and assess student progress to tailor instruction.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom culture emphasizing safety and curiosity.
• Communicate with parents daily via the company app and other channels.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and collaboration with staff.
