Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will lead the design and development of advanced IT infrastructure solutions, including coding, testing, and certifying platforms, software, and applications. You will also coach and mentor team members.

  • Developing solutions for monitoring applications and IT infrastructure components.
  • Understanding end-to-end performance of IT platforms and developing comprehensive monitoring solutions.
  • Establishing and maintaining policies, guidelines, and SOPs.
  • Monitoring performance and capacity metrics, leading issue resolution.
Qualifications
The Experience You Bring to the Team

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 6 years of related experience.
  • 4 years managing Monitoring and Observability platforms like Splunk, Dynatrace, Open Telemetry, AWS CloudWatch in large Linux/Windows environments.
  • Proficiency in database querying and Python programming.

Desired Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Over 4 years managing monitoring platforms in on-premises and AWS environments.
  • Supporting mission-critical platforms in on-call roles.
  • Certifications such as AWS SysOps or Developer preferred; Azure Fundamentals/Developer (optional).
  • Programming in Python & Java (optional).
  • Experience with APIs and REST API usage.
  • Knowledge of Disaster Recovery processes.
Skills
  • Managing Linux/Windows Servers, scripting (Shell/PowerShell).
  • Proficient in AWS services (EC2, SSM, CloudWatch, etc.), Infrastructure as Code, Python, Java.
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, Open Telemetry, Catchpoint.
  • Strong multitasking, customer service, and teamwork skills.
