Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or related science.
• At least 5 years of lab training or experience performing high complexity testing.
• ASCP certification or equivalent.
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform high complexity single-gene PCR testing as part of patient care.
• Analyze, review, and report testing results.
• Participate in quality assurance and SOP documentation.
• Validate new instrumentation and laboratory-developed tests.
• Identify when corrective action is needed and implement solutions.
• Work in a fast-paced lab with potential Hazards and ensure safety.
