Qualifications

• Must be a skilled journeyman moldmaker with hands-on experience in injection molds.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and supervise personnel.
• Capability to use measuring instruments like micrometers and calipers.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day toolroom operations and personnel management.
• Work with production to establish toolroom support requirements.
• Lead and assist in mold build projects ensuring timelines are met.

Skills

Ability to lead others and delegate effectively

Proven ability as a journeyman moldmaker with heavy experience

Ability to interpret part and mold drawings

Functional knowledge of CNC, EDM, manual milling and grinding equipment
