We are seeking an experienced Lead Mold Maker to construct injection molds in our moldmaking department.

Job Duties:

1. Manage the entire mold build process from design to sampling/qualification.
2. Support in-house production molding activities.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience building close-tolerance molds.
• Ability to plan and organize mold builds effectively.
• Experience guiding work through operating departments.
• Minimum of 3 years as a lead mold maker.
• Capability to set up work directly from 3D data and inspect work to 3D specifications.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in NX software is preferred.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills, able to work independently and collaboratively.
