Job summary
Arizona Environmental Testing, LLC is seeking an experienced, fully certified Environmental Testing Technician/Inspector to join our growing team in the Greater Phoenix area. This full-time role requires three core certifications and hands-on experience in residential and commercial inspections, sampling, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will uphold EPA, OSHA, and Arizona regulations and possess strong communication skills and a valid driver's license.
Qualifications
- Current mold inspection/testing certification required.
- Current asbestos inspector certification required.
- Current lead-based paint inspector certification required.
- Experience conducting residential and commercial environmental inspections.
- Experience collecting air, surface, and bulk material samples.
- Ability to prepare accurate inspection reports.
- Knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and Arizona regulations.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
