Enexor BioEnergy, a climate-tech company near Nashville, seeks a Director-level leader to own the full lifecycle of modular, electromechanical systems. You will steer cross-functional teams across mechanical, electrical, process, and controls, from concept to field deployment, ensuring reliability and scalable production.

The role requires 8+ years in hardware product development, with a proven ability to manage multiple technical programs end-to-end and a bias for action in a fast-moving

Formación

• We are seeking a leader to own the full product lifecycle for modular electromechanical systems.
• Candidates should have a strong track record in hardware development across multiple disciplines.
• Experience with modular or containerized system design is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional hardware product development across mechanical, electrical, process, and controls.
• Drive programs from concept through design, prototyping, testing, and field deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to ensure reliability and field-readiness.
• Own program planning, timelines, and risk management across concurrent tracks.
• Balance performance, cost, and manufacturability in decisions.
• Work with CEO and leadership on roadmap priorities.
• Build scalable systems and documentation for ongoing development and production.
