Job summary

DCS Corporation's AST Sector seeks an Operations Research Analyst to deliver modeling, simulation and analysis for AFRL. You will collaborate with computer scientists and data analysts to craft innovative digital engineering solutions onsite.

The role requires 8–10 years in modeling/analysis, a technical degree, and an active Secret clearance. You will design experiments, present findings to senior leaders, and contribute to defense projects.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required due to customer sensitivity.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in technical field (CS, Eng, Math, Analytics).
• 8–10 years in modeling, simulation, or OR.
• Python, R or similar scripting languages.
• Experience with statistical methods and analytics.
• Ability to design experiments to answer analytic questions.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Must work onsite at customer facility.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams of software developers, engineers, and data analysts.
• Model complex heterogeneous systems (Aircraft, Missiles, Radars, EW, comms).
• Apply advanced analytics to large datasets for future tech questions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
