Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Lead Mobile Ambassador in Tampa to grow and manage our Mobile Tire Installation program. You will lead a team, open new markets, and improve operations while ensuring safe, high-quality tire services and strong customer satisfaction.

You will train new hires, coordinate scheduling and logistics, and communicate across functions to drive performance. Travel up to 50% is possible to support market openings and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with MVR.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Previous automotive service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and handle unexpected challenges.
• Perform mobile tire installation tasks (mounting, balancing, alignment assessments, minor repairs).
• Complete and submit required paperwork and invoices for installations.
• Maintain a clean, safe work and customer environment; manage inventory.
• Lead scheduling for mobile van preventive maintenance; onboard new hires.
• Train and mentor new staff; identify training needs and develop programs.
• Communicate clearly across teams and with vendors to set expectations and troubleshoot.
