FleetPride is seeking a Lead Mobile Technician to master preventative maintenance and perform advanced adjustments, repairs, and component replacements with limited supervision. This role includes diagnosing vehicle systems and performing in-shop duties between service calls.

The Lead Mobile Technician is expected to have mastered all applications of Preventative Maintenance and to perform basic and advanced adjustments, repairs and component replacements with limited supervision. Additionally, the they will perform basic diagnostic operations in order to successfully diagnose vehicle system failures and suggest accurate system repairs. This technician will also work in the shop between service calls and help other technicians as needed. They may also be asked to participate in the after-hour on-call rotation for the location, if needed.
