Job summary

Prestige Fleet Services is seeking skilled diesel technicians to join our mobile maintenance network. We come to your location for repairs and inspections, helping your fleet stay on the road with minimal downtime.

Our on-site teams perform a wide range of services on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers, with DOT-certified technicians and a focus on quick, quality repairs. This role offers day-to-day field work and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of diesel and trailer repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Must possess proper tools.
• Ability to utilize a computer/tablet for electronic processing of work orders including labor hours and updating statuses.
• Welding experience and CDL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and inspections on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers (brakes, diagnostics, A/C, electrical, engine components, exhaust, after-treatment, lift-gates, tires).
• Assist with leading and training other technicians.
• Strong diagnostic skills required.
• Schedule and oversee maintenance procedures, including preventive maintenance and DOT inspections.
• Open and close repair orders on a company device.
• Obtain parts from local vendors and manage inventory on the service truck.
• Accurately complete DOT forms and other documentation on time.
