The Texas Instruments Radar team in Dallas is seeking a mmWave/RF Validation Manager to lead its Validation group that supports its radar portfolio across Automotive and Industrial markets. The role focuses on driving hardware validation, test development, and test-system design for high-frequency RF systems in the 55–85 GHz range.

Ideal candidates will manage diverse teams, develop schedules, and ensure on-time project delivery while maintaining high data quality and robust validation

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct various sized groups of people through the validation process
• Develop realistic schedules and report progress
• Resolve issues (technical and non-technical) real time
• Drive projects to on-time completion
• Hardware development
• Design and document test systems and circuit boards typically in the 55 - 85 GHz range
• Test development
