UPMC is seeking a Lead Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Lead Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) for the night program. You will serve as the go-to leader on the overnight shift, supporting Blood Bank, ATL, and Stat Microbiology while guiding team members and driving high-quality patient care.
Shifts are 8 hours (9:00 PM – 5:30 AM or 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM), five shifts per pay, rotating weekends and holidays.
This night shift opportunity offers 8-hour shifts (9:00 PM – 5:30 AM or 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM), working 5 shifts per pay, with a rotating every other weekend schedule and 3 holidays per year. In this role, you’ll serve as the go-to leader on shift, supporting critical areas including Blood Bank, Automated Testing Lab (ATL), and Stat Microbiology, while guiding team members and helping drive high-quality patient care.
