Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above minimum qualification.
• 4+ years of leadership experience in micro and core lab.
• MLS Generalist certification (ASCP) or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Performs and monitors a full range of lab tests in accordance with procedures and regulations.
• Supervises laboratory operations with minimal supervision.
• Maintains quality control, safety, and instrument maintenance.
• Reports test results accurately and maintains inventory.
• Communicates effectively with laboratory staff and external customers.
• Participates in projects and educational activities.
