Job summary

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software engineering, strong AWS and Spring Boot experience, and a track record applying MLOps practices. Collaboration, security, and high-performance delivery are key expectations.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools with ability to evaluate outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
• Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, data sensitivity, and secure handling.
• Hands-on server-side development with Web Services, XML, SOAP, REST, and JMS.
• Experience building high-volume, low-latency, high-throughput transactional systems.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Core, MVC, Web Services and Messaging.
• Experience with AWS services including S3, DynamoDB, ECS, EKS, RDS, Lambda.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain platform components for end-to-end ML model lifecycle from development to deployment.
• Apply SDLC and automation tools to improve value and speed of delivery.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality and productivity with peer review and secure coding practices.
• Build and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS to support model training and serving workloads.
• Automate model deployment, testing, and release processes within the SDLC/MLOps toolchain.
• Support Platform team in developing automated solutions and monitor platform health.
