You will own core ranking and user understanding models, and help shape how we evaluate and iterate on our systems.

You might be an applied scientist with deep intuition for recommendations or a seasoned ML engineer who can ship end-to-end solutions at scale. A blend of both is ideal.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience developing ML models and deploying them to production.
• Experience in recommendation systems modeling.
• Hands-on AI/LLM techniques and understanding of the modern AI landscape.
• Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Databricks, Spark, SQL.

• Ideate, develop, iterate on, and productionize personalization algorithms.
• Apply AI and LLM techniques to improve recommendations and evaluation.
