Holobeam Technologies in Bethpage, NY is seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer for Medical Imaging to direct a small ML team and shape the technical direction of novel image reconstruction technology for clinical use.

You will work closely with the founder, advance research into production-ready systems, and explore diffusion models and GANs while handling DICOM pipelines and clinical imaging data.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of applied ML experience or equivalent depth.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers.
• Hands‑on expertise in generative models and strong PyTorch skills.
• Medical imaging experience across multiple modalities and DICOM pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Advance and refine our research pipeline to a production-ready system and regulatory submission.
• Lead and grow a team of ML engineers.
• Build and validate models using diffusion models and GANs.
• Work with DICOM pipelines and clinical imaging data.
