Job summary

SERVPRO of Minnetonka is seeking a Restoration Crew Lead to coordinate and oversee water mitigation projects and restoration work. You will supervise crew members, ensure quality control, protect assets, and maintain positive customer experiences across residential and commercial jobs.

The role requires experience in restoration, IICRC certification, and the ability to handle physical tasks including lifting heavy items and working in confined spaces.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction.
• IICRC certification is required.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders and work in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor, and perform work activities on projects.
• Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise restoration technicians and coach/train staff.
• Document detailed job files to support services provided.
• Manage labor and consumables on assigned projects.
• Communicate progress to project manager and office staff.

What kind of candidate are we looking for?

• Someone with several years of experience in the restoration and construction industry and
• Someone who can manage residential and commercial water mitigation projects.
• Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
• Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided
• Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects
• Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues
• Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety
• Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly
• Coach and train restoration technicians

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
• IICRC certification
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in tight spaces (i.e. crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
