• 6+ months experience in restoration work, preferably as a Crew Chief.
• Willingness to be on call occasionally due to 24-hour emergency services.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and work in various conditions.

COMPENSATION: $19.50-$24/Hr. DOE + OT and On Call Bonuses!

We are seeking a Lead Mitigation Crew Chief.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• IICRC certification or equivalent training in restoration and remediation techniques is preferred but not required
• 6+ months experience in restoration work, preferably as a Crew Chief or similar leadership role
• Knowledge of restoration equipment, tools, and industry best practices
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required
• Willingness to be on call occasionally due to our 24-hour emergency services
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and work in various environmental conditions

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Communicate restoration processes and address customer questions, needs, and concerns
• Train and supervise Production Technicians
• Perform scheduled production processes and ensure quality control
• Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure safety of occupants and workers
• Manage job file documentation for complete and accurate project details
• Manage and control project costs
• Protect and properly use equipment and materials
