Job summary

Mill Creek Lumber & Supply Company is seeking a Lead Millwork Installer to supervise 1–3 trim carpenters on residential or commercial projects. You will lead daily activities, ensure safety practices, and coordinate with builders and project managers on site.

The role requires reading tape measures, handling materials, and using power tools, with opportunities for overtime and competitive pay. A valid driver’s license and physical stamina are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential and/or commercial trim/cabinetry work.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Construction experience/background.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1–3 trim carpenters on job sites and coordinate daily activities.
• Conduct safety toolbox meetings and report crew time daily.
• Manage job budgets and expense reporting.
• Load/unload materials and operate hand and power tools throughout the day.
• Interact with builder/customer/project manager to resolve issues on site.
