Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on MILCON projects supporting DoD, USACE, and NAVFAC programs. This on-site construction leader will oversee all field execution from site development through building turnover while ensuring compliance with federal quality, safety, and security requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of DoD, USACE, or NAVFAC leadership on vertical and horizontal construction, with strong field coordination, subcontractor

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or field leader on DoD/USACE/NAVFAC/federal projects.
Experience managing both site civil and vertical building scopes.
OSHA 30 Certification.

Responsibilities

Lead daily on-site construction activities, managing subcontractors and field personnel.
Coordinate site development, structural, architectural, and interior construction to maintain schedules and quality.
Enforce safety requirements and conduct daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and site inspections.
Interface with government representatives, inspectors, and stakeholders regarding inspections and progress.
Track inspections, testing, and as-built documentation and maintain daily activity reports.
