Job summary

Automated Conveyor Systems, Inc. in West Memphis, AR seeks an experienced MIG Welder with leadership to help lead the welding department.

You will organize workflow, assign tasks, and ensure quality standards while performing MIG welding on frames, pulleys, rollers, and other conveyor components. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule 6:00 AM–2:30 PM with overtime possible and competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership ability.
• Excellent MIG welding skills.
• Ability to read basic welding blueprints.
• Accurate tape‑measure skills (down to 1/32").
• Proficient with jigs and fixtures.
• Reliable, positive, willing to learn and teach.
• Must pass weld test, drug screen, and background check.
