Qualifications

• Coaching experience at middle school/high school level preferred.
• Valid Rhode Island coaching certification is required or preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Successful interview with the Selection Committee is required.
• Must successfully complete a background check (BCI).
• Must complete the RIIL coaches education program within one year of hire (including NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching).
• Must attend the Chemical Health Meeting with student athletes.
• Must attend the annual coaches meeting.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
