Job summary

Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly in English, both written and oral.
• Ability to use telecommunication systems to share information with students, parents and staff.
• Ability to interact with media and represent the school effectively.
• Ability to compile data, summarize information and prepare written reports for supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of the track program within JPPSS policies.
• Maintain, issue, inventory and order equipment for track.
• Schedule games and related activities for track.
• Ensure students have current physical exams and proper insurance documentation.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure transportation home after road trips.
