Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep background in the remodeling phases of kitchens and bathrooms, with hands-on expertise in tile work, cabinetry installation, light plumbing, light electrical work, and drywall. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Anderson Township.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute various installation projects, including tile work, cabinetry, drywall, light plumbing, and light electrical tasks.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and maintain efficient workflow.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Lead Installer with a strong background in remodeling kitchens and bathrooms.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with tile installation, cabinetry, drywall, light plumbing, and light electrical work.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Competitive salary based on experience. $30/$25 Plus hourly.
