Job summary

PSC Biotech seeks a motivated Microbiology Technician Level III to join our QC operations in a sterile manufacturing setting. You will perform sampling, microbial analysis, DET, and documentation in compliance with GMP and industry standards, mentoring junior team members.

The role supports Friday–Sunday, 12-hour shifts and requires strict aseptic technique and data integrity in ACE/LIMS systems. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years' experience in regulated manufacturing, strong GMP knowledge, and

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in quality control or manufacturing in a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, ISO standards, FDA/EU requirements.
• Experience executing Disinfectant Efficacy Testing (DET).
• Proficiency with document control and electronic quality management systems (eQMS).
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and not engaging in C2C.

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological testing and environmental monitoring in a sterile setting.
• Execute DET and related microbiological assays with accuracy.
• Mentor junior team members and oversee daily activities.
• Document results in validated systems (ACE, LIMS) with data integrity.
• Support cross-functional collaboration with QA, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Facilities.
• Maintain equipment and participate in monthly cleaning tasks.
