Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking a Lead Merchandise Stocker in the Atlanta area to perform in-store service, manage replenishment, and support merchandising efforts across assigned stores. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and driving responsibilities.

You will build strong relationships with store managers and associates while ensuring timely stock and displays. We offer weekly pay of $850 plus quarterly profitability bonuses, with 75% medical/dental/vision coverage, 401k matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in retail or store environments.
• Ability to learn and perform in-store service and inventory replenishment.
• Strong communication with store management and associates.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform in-store service and inventory replenishment.
• Generate weekly credits and provide exceptional customer service within a defined territory in high-volume national account stores.
• Stock, organize, and maintain moulding inventory to ensure materials are readily available.
• CULLING: Remove damaged/unsellable material and issue credit electronically.
• MERCHANDISING: Maintain signage and pricing to best practice. Move backers to affect perception.
• ORDERING: Replenish inventory according to published guidelines.
• Complete tasks and resets of Woodgrain products in stores.
