Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ industry experience, with supervisory experience.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems.
• OSHA 30-hour certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned trade/craft workers.
• Inspect work for conformance to specifications.
• Monitor and control manpower and tools for resource efficiency.
