Qualifications

• 3 to 20+ years of experience in MEP management within construction or facilities management.
• Experience overseeing MEP activities within a project and coordinating with teams.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Familiarity with MEP design, installation, codes, and energy-efficient practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP works across design, installation, and commissioning.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems.
• Ensure timely completion of MEP tasks within deadlines.
• Lead and manage engineers and subcontractors on projects.
• Review designs to ensure compliance with codes and client requirements.
• Approve MEP shop drawings and coordinate changes with teams.
• Manage MEP project budget and control costs.
• Perform site inspections and ensure quality and safety standards.
