Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in electrical design and MEP design.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or progress toward licensure is a plus.
• Experience in off-site construction or modular housing environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop coordinated Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing layouts for modular panels.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes in coordination with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve cross-disciplinary clashes before fabrication.
