Job summary

Cerris Systems is seeking an experienced field construction supervisor to oversee on-site activities, scheduling, and budgeting for complex projects. You will collaborate with clients and AE representatives, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across sites.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in construction, with HVAC/pipefitting/plumbing experience preferred, and demonstrates strong leadership and problem-solving abilities in demanding environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in the construction industry (10+ years) is required.
• HVAC, pipefitting, and/or plumbing experience preferred (5+ years).
• Ability to supervise personnel and manage safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field construction, its organization, planning, and scheduling to complete work on time and within budget.
• Review contracts, drawings, and specs to develop on-site plans and procedures.
• Establish budget, forecast labor, and manage labor tracking; ensure safety and compliance.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, suppliers, and company labor; lead safety meetings.
• Interview and evaluate prospective employees; perform performance evaluations for the team.
