Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology or related field.
• Permanent, current Texas licensure/certification as a Psychologist, Psychological Associate, Licensed Clinician Social Worker, or Professional Counselor.
• Salary is commensurate with years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers mental health assessment and intervention.
• Provides clinical and administrative supervision of mental health staff.
• Coordinates scheduling and delivery of mental health services.
• Conducts and supervises mental health treatment.
• Develops and provides in-service training to mental health, medical staff, and other designated staff.
• Serves as a member of the interdisciplinary management team.
• Ensures implementation and outcomes of mental health Quality Management programs.
• Acts as mental health liaison with other on-site departments regarding service delivery.
• Maintains professional liaison with patient families and community agencies.
• Ensures timely and clinically appropriate documentation.
• Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.
• Performs related duties as required.
