Job summary

Turning Point of Central California, Inc. seeks an ACT/FACT Mental Health Professional III - Team Lead to provide clinical services, direct treatment, and case management for adults with serious mental illness in an outpatient setting.

You will lead the ACT/FACT treatment team, coordinate care, and ensure quality of care. This role requires CA licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC), crisis management skills, strong communication, and ability to work in community and office environments.

Qualifications

• Licensed in CA as LCSW/LMFT/LPCC.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to provide direct mental health services to individuals, families and/or groups.
• Knowledge of mental illness and evidence-based practices.
• Experience with crisis management and crisis intervention.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality therapy, wellness and recovery-oriented services to clients with serious mental illness.
• Deliver community/field-based services with some office-based work.
• Document services to meet county/state requirements, including Medi-Cal/CalAIM.
• Provide clinical oversight and direction to other staff.
• Attend staff meetings and daily team meetings to coordinate care.
• Respond to crisis in the community and in the field.
• Maintain timely reports and KPIs; ensure safety of clients.
• Drive agency business and transport clients as needed.
