Job summary

Hammer Media is seeking a Show Producer to own the full creative and operational lifecycle of our membership content. You will set editorial vision, drive production schedules, and ensure every piece is high-quality and on time.

Responsibilities span end-to-end production, pre-production planning, studio production, QA, data-informed decisions, and cross-functional collaboration with the Caleb Hammer Media team. A track record across multiple shows is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years producing on a YouTube channel, podcast network, membership platform, or similar digital content operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end production of all membership-exclusive content—from concept to publish.
• Own pre-production planning with production documents, show outlines, research, and shoot logistics.
• Produce on the studio floor during filming, keeping productions on schedule and coordinating talent/crew.
• QA every deliverable before it reaches members.
• Track member engagement data to inform editorial decisions.
• Build and maintain production SOPs, runsheets, and team workflows; review rough cuts and final edits.
• Coordinate with the Caleb Hammer Media team for integrations, promotions, and campaign timing.
