Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Florida Medical Technologist License is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Verify specimen identities and prepare samples for testing.
• Analyze results and interpret abnormal findings.
• Calibrate equipment and manage inventory.
• Lead duties and mentor staff in lab techniques.
• Train employees on laboratory operations.
• Maintain QA data and ensure compliance with policies.
• Occasionally perform on-call duties as required.
